USED TRANSFER BTB 8S 12U CN-HY ISO 30
BTB TRO rotary transfer machine with a Ø 700 mm horizontal-axis index table, 8 stations and 12 T110-30 units with hydraulic CNC feed (CNC-HY) and ISO 30 spindles: 8 turning units and 4 drilling/tapping units with brushless motors, all with quick tool change. One turning unit carries a Komet recessing head. Loading and unloading are automatic, with a dedicated loader.
The machine is suited to brass parts such as fittings, valves and taps: capacity up to 1¼" BSP parallel and ¾" BSP taper threads, and 25 mm solid drilling in CW617N (OT58) brass.
A partial ZD retrofit is in progress, with a new electrical cabinet, new operator panel and handheld control unit. It can be completed to suit your requirements.
