BTB rotary transfer machine with a Ø 1350 mm index table, 10 stations (8 machining stations plus loading and unloading) and 19 HY-CN machining units: 12 turning units and 7 drilling/tapping units, mounted in top, radial and bottom positions. It was designed for multi-sided machining of brass fittings, valves and taps, from forgings, castings or bar blanks.

7 units are mounted on XY cross slides and 4 on Y-axis slides. Stations 4, 5 and 9 have vise rotation, and station 9 has a hydraulic broaching unit. Five pre-arranged positions let you add more units without structural changes.

Available with full ZD retrofit: CNC conversion with ball screws, complete mechanical overhaul, new electrical and hydraulic systems, new CE marking and custom unit layout.
